At the time of booking please inform us if you have any other ear problems or have had any ear surgery so that we can ensure the procedure is suitable for you. We also need to know if you take any anticoagulants (blood thinning medicine).

Providing you do not have a perforated ear you will need to use olive oil twice a day for 3 – 5 days. Earol spray is the best way of doing this.

During the visit, if you are able to sit at a dining chair this is helpful. The procedure is quite noisy though should be comfortable. For two ears it can take around half an hour. If I am unable to remove all of the wax in one attendance any revisits are free of charge.
